01 Procurement officer (FMCG)

KM INTERNATIONAL is recruiting 01 Procurement officer (FMCG) for one of its customers.

MAIN MISSIONS:
1. Manage the purchasing of goods, materials, and services;
2. Identify and evaluate suppliers, request and compare quotations;
3. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions;
4. Monitor purchase orders and deliveries, maintain good relationships with suppliers;
5. Ensure purchases meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements;
6. Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records;
7. Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
4. Perfectly bilingual in English, French and strong negotiation and communication skills;
5. Good knowledge of suppliers and procurement processes;
6. Good analytical, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
