Conflict management and human rights

Professional training in Conflict Management and Human Rights aims to provide participants with the skills needed to identify, analyse and resolve conflicts while respecting and promoting human rights.

It covers key areas such as the principles of conflict management, human rights, mediation techniques, negotiation and conflict resolution, as well as legal and ethical aspects. Students will learn how to manage conflict constructively, promote a culture of peace and respect for human rights, and apply human rights-based approaches in a variety of contexts.

The course combines theory, practical case studies, simulations and interactive exercises, enabling participants to put their knowledge into practice in real-life situations. It is aimed primarily at professionals in management, human resources, law, social work or any other field wishing to specialise or deepen their skills in conflict management and human rights.

At the end of the course, participants will be prepared for roles in various sectors, including NGOs, international organisations and companies.
