Yes, a secondment contract can be terminated at the initiative of the staff or at your initiative. If you wish to terminate the contract, you may do so during the trial period, in the event of force majeure or serious misconduct. If you wish to terminate the contract on your own initiative, you may do so during the trial period without giving any particular reason, if the employee has a permanent contract or in the event of force majeure.
